Thinking about giving that Whole30 thing a try? Well, you’ve come to the right place because I’m about to save you a few unexpected trips to the grocery store. As you get started you’ll find that there are some unusual ingredients that keep popping up in recipes, some of which can be tricky to find at traditional grocery stores. My husband and I fly quite a bit. My family lives pretty far away and we both travel for work several times a year. And everytime we fly I discover some kind of new travel gadget that would make my next flight that much more enjoyable.
There’s just something about the transition from the Christmas season to the New Year that puts the drive in me to make all things new and clean and organized. Wether I follow through or not is another issue, but at least the desire is there. So while I’m feeling motivated, I’m starting with my kitchen. Or more specifically my pantry.
We recently got back from one of the best vacations I’ve ever been on. Like, seriously. This place is beautiful. Like straight out of the most breathtaking scenes of Jurassic Park, beautiful.
And Costa Rica is one of those places you could spend weeks touring and still not come close to experiencing all that it has to offer…
Last September my husband and I decided to take on the Whole30. But as you might know we have 3 kids. And one of my biggest pet peeves is having to make not 1, but 2 dinners in order to appease everyone. Hi! My name is Kim. I’m the mom of 3 boys, the wife to 1 husband, and the driver of a 2013 Toyota Sienna. I love Jesus and my family, I have an obsession with getting a good deal, and if I had it my way I’d spend every weekend at Disney World trying a new food shaped like a Disney character.
