If you know anything about me, you know I love a good deal.

Scratch that. If you know anything about me, you know I love getting things for free. Yeah, free is always better.

I’ve pretty much mastered the art when it comes to toothpaste and shampoo. But last year I was introduced to something that totally upped my game. I’m talking about the next level of extreme couponing. A little something called…

Nobody likes to spend more than they have to on gas. In fact, my husband will often go out of his way to save a few cents per gallon (although I’m not sure the math works out when you take into account the extra time on the road, but I digress).

But by making a few changes and keeping up with a few key items you can make a significant difference in the amount of gas you’re using…

That Minivan Life.

That phrase encompasses so many things for me. It’s the soccer, the birthday parties, the family road trips, the play dates, the spills and the backseat bickering. All while trying to keep to a budget, DIY all the things in our new house, and create family memories (you know, the not traumatic kind?).

Oh, and if I can keep the 3 little humans alive while I'm at it that'd be great too.
It’s not easy but I’m just trying to get a few things right.
